13 Year-Old Was White Sulphur Springs Student

Andrew Ethan Adwell, 13, of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 at his home following a courageous journey.

Born May 24, 2005 at Ronceverte, he was a son of William Randolph Adwell and Arianna Ramsey Reaser.

Andrew was a student at White Sulphur Springs Elementary School, was a faith based young man, who attended several churches in the White Sulphur Springs area. He loved hunting, fishing, playing guitar and visiting friends daily around White Sulphur Springs.

Andrew is survived by his mother and step-father, Alianna Reaser and husband, Curtis of White Sulphur Springs; father, William Randolph Adwell of Blue Sulphur Springs; maternal grandparents, Darrell and Melva Ramsey; paternal grandmother, Ada Adwell; a sister, Brianna Lynn Adwell and brother, James Thomas Adwell, all of White Sulphur Springs. Also surviving is a special niece, Madelyn Adwell of Clintonville, WV and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Emmanuel United Methodist Church in White Sulphur Springs, with Pastor Phil Meyer and Pastor Shari Stilgenbauer officiating. Interment will follow in the Dowdy Cemetery at Glace.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in White Sulphur Springs.

In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established at First Citizens Bank in White Sulphur Springs to help the family with final expenses.

The Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
