Obituary for Betty Reynolds Tolley Betty Reynolds Tolley
Nurse Was Falling Spring Presbyterian Church Organist For Over 50 Years

Betty Reynolds Tolley, 78, of Natural Bridge Station, Virginia died Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Salem Terrace.

She was born October 18, 1940 in Lexington, a daughter of William Warren Reynolds and Ruby McManamay Reynolds.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Alexander Tolley, and a brother, Arnold Reynolds.

Mrs. Tolley was a life member of the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church and the church organist for over 50 years. She was a nurse for Stonewall Jackson Hospital and Burlington Industries for many years.

Surviving are her children, Jeffrey (Tamara) Tolley of Natural Bridge Station and Lori (Shawn) Sorrells of Salem; brother, Bill A. Reynolds; five grandchildren, Meagan and Luke Hale, Brandon, and Alex Tolley and Luke and Claire Sorrells; great-grandson, Levi Hale.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Falling Spring Presbyterian Church, 410 Falling Spring Road, Glasgow, VA 24555.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Falling Spring Church by Pastor Ken Chorle. Burial will follow at Falling Spring Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. October 26, 2018 at Harrison Funeral Home.

Arrangements are by Harrison Funeral Home and Crematory.
