Mrs. Nannie Crouse, age 76, of Covington, Virginia died Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital, Roanoke.

Mrs. Crouse was born June 2, 1942 in Alleghany County, the daughter of the late John L. Crouse and Fannie Miles Crouse.

A lifetime resident of this community, she was employed as part of the dining room staff by the Homestead Resort.

Nannie was a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Crouse is survived by two daughters, Patricia Gentry and husband, Chris and Joann Lovern and husband, Kenneth; a son, Charles Smith; five grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a sister, Cora C. Graham.
