Ila Duff Wade, 76, of Buena Vista, Virginia passed away Monday, December 31, 2018 at Kendal in Lexington.

Born October 20, 1942 in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Carl H. Duff and Mary G. Duff.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, one sister, and a grandson, Charles Wheeler Jr.

Surviving are her children, Kenneth (Kim), John (Sheila Southers), William (Amanda), Ruth (Charles), and Mary (Mitch Camden); six grandchildren, Ashley, Kamryn, Jeremy, Keith, Michael and Joshua; and two great-grandchildren, Alexis and Nevaeh.

A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, January 3 at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens with Pastor Butch Grow officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. The family will receive friends following the service at 2456 Forest Ave., Buena Vista.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
