Lois Maxine Smith Bartlett, 88, of Buena Vista, Virginia passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019.
A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m., Monday, February 4, 2019 at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel.
