Arlington Native Was Hot Springs Resident

Margaret Ann Orchard-Hays Ferguson, 55, of Hot Springs, Virginia died Friday, February 8, 2019 at her home in Hot Springs, Virginia.

She was born January 20, 1965 in Arlington, Virginia, the daughter of the late William Orchard-Hays and Nancy Helen Dillenbeck Orchard-Hays.

Meg was a lifelong housewife and prayer warrior.

She was a member of Faith Covenant Family Church, as well as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Meg is survived by her husband, Robert Keith Ferguson of Hot Springs; children, Justin Lee Ferguson of Colby, Kansas, Amanda Jane Ferguson of Brooklyn, New York, Melissa Roseann Ferguson of Millboro, Virginia, Rebecca Lynn Ferguson of Hot Springs, Christopher "Chris" James Ferguson of Hot Springs; grandchildren, Levana Aaron Chambers, Brielle Catriona Ferguson, Zacharia Henry Ferguson; and brother, James Edward Orchard-Hays of Charlottesville.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Trevor Alexander Ferguson.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 16, 2019 at McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Shaver officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour before the service at McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home.
