Christopher Scott Moore, 46, of Buena Vista, Virginia died Thursday, February 21, 2019 at his home.

Scott was born June 28, 1972, in Roanoke, son of Gus and Susan Moore.

Scott was a proud U. S. Navy veteran.

He was employed by the Buena Vista City Schools transportation department. He loved his job and spending time with the kids. He especially loved going to Blues sporting events.

In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his loving wife, Robin Adams Moore; children, Austin, Ethan, Madison and McKenna; and sister and brother-in-law, Jordan and Lucas Whitman. He also leaves behind many special friends he loved dearly.

The funeral was conducted at10 a.m. Monday, February 25, 2019, at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel by Pastor Butch Grow. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.

The family received friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, February 24 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Parry McCluer High School Athletic Department, 100 Bradford Drive, Buena Vista, VA 24416. Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
