Ida Mae Dickerson of Buena Vista, Virginia died April 25, 2019 at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

She was born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma on December 24, 1944 to Andrew and Carlene Littlejohn. She was the first of 10 children.

Mrs. Dickerson was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, John H. Lee Sr.; four brothers, Clifford, Clinton, Leon and Donnell Littlejohn; and one sister, Geneva Littlejohn Pratt.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Dickerson; two daughters, Chantey Hill and Michelle Dean, both of Georgia; two sons, John H. Lee Jr. of Kansas City, Mo., and Dante Lee of Virginia; two brothers, Lee Andrew Littlejohn and Charles Littlejohn, and two sisters, Dorothy Dunn and Clendean Littlejohn, all of Kansas City, Mo.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held Wednesday, May 1 at 3 p.m. at Harrison Funeral Chapel.
