Matthew Lewis Linkswiler, 35, of Charlottesville, Virginia passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Born on March 29, 1984, he was the son of Mark Linkswiler (Kathy) of Charlottesville and Peggy Smith Ayers (Steve) of Clifton Forge.
Matthew was a self-employed contractor.
In addition to both of his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Hailey Quinn Linkswiler and Savannah Brooke Linkswiler; brother, Luke Eric Linkswiler (Cary); nephew, Bricen David Linkswiler; nieces, Kimberly Elizabeth Linkswiler and MaKenzy Thail-Brailyn Linkswiler; and grandmothers, Peggy Linkswiler Corral and Lee Winborne.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark David Linkswiler, Jr.
A graveside service will be held ‪at noon on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Holly Memorial Gardens. His family will receive friends ‪on Monday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Hill and Wood Funeral Home.
