William Delbert Boggs, 75, of Caldwell, WV, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 26, 2019 at Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg.

Born December 13, 1943 in Union, WV, son of the late Delbert Roosevelt and Anna Mae Bowyer Boggs.

William was a hardworking man who loved his tractors and working on the farm. He retired after working for West Virginia Department of Highways for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Roxie Louise Hefner Boggs; a sister, Carol Mae Boggs; and brother, Thomas Lee Boggs.

Survivors include daughter, Angie Totten and husband, Kenny of Fairlea; son, Carl Boggs and wife, Jennifer of Caldwell; sisters, Linda Baker and husband, Earl of White Sulphur Springs, Jeanie Ferguson and husband, James of Virginia; grandchildren, Matthew Boggs of Caldwell, Joseph Boggs, of Caldwell, and Christina Totten of Fairlea.

Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Salem Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Pastor John Groves officiating.

There will be no public visitation.
