Richard Dallas Clark, 80, of Lexington, Virginia passed away Monday, July 29, 2019 at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

Born September 15, 1938 in Rockbridge County, he was a grandson of the late Owen Guy Ballard Sr. and Mary Conner Ballard.

Richard was a member of the Lexington Baptist Church and was previously employed at McCrums Drug Store for over 28 years.

Surviving are his sister, Shirley Ballard Tolley, and brother-in-law, George D. Tolley, and their family who loved him throughout all his misfortunes.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 1 at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Michael Saunders. There will be no visitation.
