Harold Marshall Weikle, Sr., 80, of Mooresville, NC, formerly of White Sulphur Springs, WV, passed away Monday August 5, 2019 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, Mooresville, NC.

Mr. Weikle was born August 29, 1938 in Alvon, WV, the son of the late Carl and Belva Kincaid Wikle.

He was a member of Wild Meadow Baptist Church, was a retired assembler for Corrugated Box Manufacturing and was a U. S. Air Force veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Allalee Foster Weikle (9-9-2018); son, John Wayne Wikle (9-2-2018); grandson, Austin Wayne Wikle (12-18-1999); a sister, Dorothy Pringle and brothers, Eugene and Carl Weikle.

He is survived by his daughter, Julie Hamm of Kannapolis, NC; son, Harold "Marshall" Wikle, Jr. of Moorseville, NC; and brother, Mike Wikle (Bea) of White Sulphur Springs, WV.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 10, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Wild Meadow Baptist Church in White Sulphur Springs with Pastor Roger McDaniel and Pastor Lowell O'Dell officiating with interment to follow at Whatcoat Cemetery.

The family will receive family and friends from 12:00 p.m. until time of services at the church.
