Joann Lewis Jarrell, born February 6, 1930, went home to be with her Lord and Savior August 21, 2019 in Westerville, OH.

Joann was preceded in death by husband, Guy Jarrell; mother, Betty Julia Lewis and father, Grover Cleveland Lewis.

She was born and raised in Prenter, WV. Following Guy's retirement, they moved to White Sulphur Springs WV.

She was of the Baptist faith and was a true Christian.

Survived by children, Patricia Thompson, Carolyn Sue Jarrell and Julia Ann Cooper, and grandchildren, Hunter Lee and (Deborah) Cooper, Shane Alexander (Ashley) Cooper, Guy Robert Thompson, Amy Lynn Szwerluga and Brent Parsons.

Also survived by seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Sunday August 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Pastor Ralph Hubbard officiating. Interment will follow at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville, WV.
