Deborah Kay Lowe Stanley, 58, of Lewisburg, West Virginia passed away Monday, October 7, 2019.

Deborah was born January 25, 1961 at Ronceverte to the late Joseph and Rachel Christian Lowe.

She was a homemaker.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Cindy Wykle and ex-husband, Howard Junior Stanley.

Survivors include daughter, Cashina Stanley of Ft. Springs and Gracious Stanley and her fiance, Howard Weikle of Lewisburg; son, Kevin Lowe and wife, Melissa of Frankford; grandchildren, Derrick Lowe, Brittany Lowe, Destiny Lowe, Maria Brown, Jessy Stanley, Brice Stanley, Savannah Smith and Nathan Smith; one great grandchild on the way; sister, Lahoma Oney and husband, Steve and brothers, Kenny Lowe and wife, Teresa of White Sulphur Springs and Scotty Lowe of Lewisburg.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 14 at the Lewisburg Community Church Cemetery on Brush Road.
