Lonnie Ray Tucker, 67, of 2408 Agra Drive, Richmond, Virginia died Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Tucker was born February 12, 1952 in Alleghany County, a son of the late Lonnie H. Wolfe and Clara Tucker Wolfe.

He retired from Service Machine Welding in Ashland.

He was an avid guitar player and loved Chet Atkins' style.

Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Patricia Wolfe Tucker; his daughter, Melanie Miller and her husband, Daniel; his son, Jeremy Tucker and his wife, Christine; four grandchildren, Jonathan, Faith, Collin and Samantha; his brother, Danny B. Tucker; his uncle, Leonard B. Tucker and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the graveside in Lone Star Cemetery.

The Arritt Funeral Home, Covington, Virginia, is in charge of arrangements.
