Mitchell Wade Aldrich, 60, of 937 Paloma Drive, Covington, Virginia died Thursday, October 24, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Aldrich was born February 12, 1959 in Mt. Holly, NJ, a son of the late Irvin E. Miller and Violet Aldrich Beernaert.

Mitchell was raised in Indian Mills, NJ. He worked at Barrett Asphalt in South New Jersey as a truck driver for number of years. He also was an avid outdoorsman and member of NRA.

Surviving are his wife, Colleen Tangsrud Aldrich; four daughters, April Aldrich (Gary Sutton) of Covington, Abigail Aldrich of Southampton, NJ., Amanda Aldrich (Marcus Wilburn) of Covington, and Alexis Aldrich of Warm Springs; six grandchildren, Ellie Wilburn, Delilah Wilburn, Gary Sutton III, Giavanni Sutton, Garrielle Sutton and Golden Sutton; two sisters, Jean King and Ruth Leonard, both of Covington; two brothers, Chris Beernaret of Indian Mills NJ. and Glen Aldrich of Gilford NH; and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with his wishes his body has been cremated.

A service will be at later date.
