September 29     Deputy J. Bryan      IV responded to a suspicious vehicle in the Warm Springs area.

September 29     Deputy R. Miller conducted a traffic stop in the Hot Springs area.

September 29      Deputy R. Miller and Deputy T. Plecker responded to The Millboro Mercantile for a female possibly intoxicated. Deputy T. Plecker arrested Lauren R. Parcetich for a class 4 misdemeanor: intoxication in public. Deputy T. Plecker and Deputy N. Sweitzer transported Parcetich to Alleghany Regional Jail.

September 29     Deputy M. Colaw and Deputy J. Bryan IV responded to the Hot Springs area for a BOLO from Covington Police Department.

September 29     Deputy M. Colaw responded to the Hot Springs area for a business alarm.

September 29     Deputy M. Colaw responded to the Warm Springs area for a prowler.

September 29     Deputy M. Colaw responded to the Warm Springs area for debris in the roadway.

September 29     Deputy M. Colaw responded to the Warm Springs area for a tree blocking the roadway.

September 29     Deputy J. Bryan IV responded to the Hot Springs area for debris in the roadway.

September 30     Lieutenant J. Grimm responded to the Millboro area for a tree blocking the roadway.

September 30     Deputy J. Rexrode responded to the Warm Springs area for a tree blocking the roadway.

September 30     Deputy T. McRoberts and Deputy T. O’Conner responded to the Warm Springs area for a prowler.

September 30     Deputy T. Harlow responded to The Millboro Mercantile for a gas drive off.

September 30      Deputy T. Plecker responded to the Williamsville area for an animal control call.

September 30     Sheriff R. Plecker responded to the Millboro area for debris in the roadway.

September 30     Deputy T. Harlow responded to the Millboro area for a trespasser.

September 30     Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Millboro area.

October 1     Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Millboro area.

October 1     Deputy D. Smith responded to the Millboro area for livestock in the roadway.

October 1     Deputy T. Plecker assisted Hot Springs Rescue Squad with a medical call.

October 1     Lieutenant J. Grimm responded to the Hot Springs Area for a business alarm.

October 1      Deputy T. Harlow and Deputy T. Plecker responded to a disabled vehicle in the Millboro area.

October 1     Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Hot Springs area.

October 2     Captain R. Weaver and Deputy R. Miller responded to the Hot Springs area for a burglar alarm.

October 2     Deputy T. Plecker transported an inmate from Alleghany Regional Jail to Bath County General District Court and back to Alleghany Regional Jail after court.

October 2     Deputy R. Miller assisted a citizen in speaking with the magistrate to obtain warrants and a protective order.

October 2     Lieutenant J. Grimm, Deputy J. Bryan IV, and Deputy T. Plecker conducted a traffic stop in the Hot Springs area.

October 2     Deputy R. Miller spoke with a citizen in the Millboro area for a possible breaking and entering that had taken place.

October 2     Sheriff R. Plecker, Deputy M. Colaw, Deputy J. Bryan IV, and Deputy T. Plecker responded to the Hot Springs area for an 18-wheeler stuck in the roadway.

October 3     Deputy R. Miller responded to Fast Break for a gas drive off.

October 3     Deputy R. Miller responded to the Hot Springs area for a possible Breaking and entering.

October 3     Deputy R. Miller responded to the Hot Springs area for traffic control.

October 3     Deputy R. Miller responded to the Hot Springs area to assist a motorist.

October 3     Captain R. Weaver responded to the Hot Springs area for an animal control call.

October 3     Deputy J. Bryan IV, Deputy C. Altizer, and Deputy R. Miller responded to the Dollar General for a disorderly gentleman. Deputy C. Altizer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle for reckless driving, but driver wouldn’t stop. A pursuit was initiated, after a short amount of time the pursuit was terminated at the Rockbridge County line per Lieutenant J. Grimm.

October 3     Deputy J. Bryan IV responded to the Hot Springs area for an injured deer in the roadway.

October 3     Deputy M. Colaw and Deputy J. Bryan IV responded to the Hot Springs area for a possible intoxicated pedestrian.

October 3     Deputy M. Colaw responded to the Millboro area for vehicle crash involving a powerline pole. Vehicle was not at the scene when Deputy arrived.

October 3     Deputy J. Bryan IV responded to the Millboro area for a medical alarm activation.

October 4     Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Millboro area.

October 4     Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Millboro area.

October 4     Deputy T. Harlow responded to the Hot Springs area to unlock a vehicle.

October 4     Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Millboro area.

October 5     Lieutenant J. Grimm and Deputy D. Smith responded to the Millboro area for a missing person.

October 5     Deputy D. Smith responded to the Warm Springs area to unlock a vehicle.

October 5      Deputy D. Smith responded to the Warm Springs area for a vehicle parked illegally.

October 5      Deputy C. Altizer arrested Cory Neff for a Class 1 Misdemeanor: Protective Order Violation.

October 5      Sergeant C. Smith and Deputy C. Altizer responded to the Hot Springs area for traffic control.

October 5      Sergeant C. Smith gave a courtesy ride to a gentleman from the Millboro area to the West Virginia county line.

Bath County Sheriff’s Office communications officers answered 275 incoming calls and made 131 outbound calls during this time period.
