Deputy Colaw arrested Dustin D. Newcomer on a felony capias for violate probation from Highland County, a felony capias for violate probation from Bath County and a misdemeanor warrant for petit larceny out of Bath County. February 15, 2025     Sheriff Plecker assisted with a disabled motorist on Mountain Valley Rd. February 15, 2025     Sheriff Plecker attempted to locate a wanted individual in the Mitchelltown area. February 15, 2025     Captain Weaver responded to a 911 hang-up call on Sam Snead Hwy. February 15, 2025     Captain Weaver and Deputy Miller responded to assist with a medical call on Walnut Drive. February 15, 2025      Sheriff Plecker and Deputy Bryan IV responded to a report of a disabled vehicle on Sam Snead Hwy. Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 225 incoming calls and made 104 outbound calls during this time period.
