AH School Board Personnel Actions (2_17_26)   Low Moor, VA (Feb. 17, 2026) - At the conclusion of closed session on Monday, February 16, 2026 the School Board took the following personnel action: The School Board approved the appointments of Nancy J. Sibold as School Nurse at Alleghany High School.      In Extra-Curricular activities the School Board approved Tanner I. Skidmore as Baseball Head Coach, Lindsay B. Sizemore as Softball Head Coach, and Dominique D. Jordan as Volunteer Track Assistant Coach, all at Covington Middle School. The School Board accepted the resignations of Carli N. Gibson, School Nurse at Alleghany High School, Sarah A. Dimanno, School Nurse, Nakia L. Wolfe, Paraprofessional/SPED, and Amy D. Fridley, Food Services Site Manager, all at Mountain View Elementary School. The School Board accepted the retirements of Melinda D. Snead-Johnson, Assistant Superintendent effective June 30, 2026; Frederick C. Vaughan, Jr., Director of Human Resources and Pupil Personnel effective July 31, 2026, both at School Board Office. Cynthia W. Ferris; Title 1 Teacher at Mountain View Elementary School effective June 30, 2026 and Teresa H. Shepard; Math Teacher at Covington Middle School effective June 30, 2026.
