Obituary for Pauline Edwina Edwards Pauline Edwina Edwards
Nimrod Hall Native Worked With Bacova; Was Siloam Baptist Church Member

Pauline Edwina Edwards, age 71, of 56 Edwards Drive, Millboro, Virginia gained her wings, Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany, Low Moor.

She was born May 27, 1948 in Nimrod Hall, Virginia to the late Charles and Lina Long Edwards.

She worked for Bacova and was a former member of Siloam Baptist Church in Millboro Springs where she was a great singer with the former family choir, Gospel Tones.

She enjoyed knitting, gardening, working in the yard, being outside, and was known for being a hard worker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a number of brothers and sisters.

She is survived by three daughters: Aileen Edwards Harris and husband, Kevin, and Regina Edwards, both of Richmond, and DeShawn Wooding of Covington; a son, Michael Edwards of Columbus, OH; four sisters, Carolyn Beverly and husband, Johnny of Clifton Forge, Louise Edwards of Millboro, Eva Edwards of Waynesboro, and JoAnn Edwards Pettus and husband, Lloyd of Richmond; three brothers, Ricky Edwards of Covington; her twin, Paul Edwards and wife, Ann of Craigsville, and Joe Edwards and wife, Vanessa of Waynesboro; five grandchildren, Cori Edwards, Kendall Edwards, Kaiya Lian, Kenedi Harris, and Kelsy Harris; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, with Reverend Reggie Johnson and Reverend Vanessa Johnson officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
