Bart Anthony Roberts passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020.

To carry on his memory is his loving wife, Joylle; his precious daughter, Kimber; their handsome son, Colt; his parents, Eason and Karen Roberts; his sister and brother-in-law, Brandy and Jason Hostetter; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jerry and Patty Tomlin, sister-in-law, Brenda Tomlin. He had four special nieces Jaycee, Jorgia and Josie Hostetter and Miranda Mackey.

Bart graduated Parry McCluer High School in 1997. His talent in the school wood shop was breathtaking. He loved tinkering with his trucks, fishing, and the local dirt track with his friend, Danny Fitzgerald. He loved deer hunting although more deer probably watched him sleep than he saw.

Bart never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face. Growing up, he would always say, "Come on down, but don't eat before you come because mom will make you eat again." Bart always had a special way of making others feel like family.

A celebration of life will be held at The McCauley Pavilion, 100 Vista Links Drive, Buena Vista, Virginia on February 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. We welcome family and friends to come celebrate Bart by sharing stories and laughter just as he loved to do.

In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established at Bank of Botetourt under Bart's K&C.
