Gordon Lee Walker, 82, of Buena Vista, Virginia died Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at his home.

Born April 23, 1937 in Rockbridge County, he was the son of the late William M. Walker and Elsie Coleman Walker.

He retired from the N&W railroad where he was a machine operator.

Surviving are his wife, Patricia; children, Gwen Jamerson, Keith Walker, Danny Walker and Lisa Hostetter; two stepchildren, Crystal Larue and Destry Larue; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brother, Eugene Walker.

A private graveside service will be held at Green Hill Cemetery with Pastor Arnold Bradley officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
