White Sulphur Springs Resident Dies At Age 63
Delma Ruth (Ruthie) Spinks, of White Sulphur Springs, WV, went home to be with the Lord on June 15, 2020 in Charleston, WV.
She was born on April 11, 1957 in White Sulphur Springs to Delana Maxine Kennedy Feury and the late Marvin Paul Spinks.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her step-father, Maynard E. Feury.
She was a loving mother and grandmother to her son, Marcus E. Spinks and wife, Judi of White Sulphur Springs. Her grandchildren are Cheyenne Yates and husband, Koda of Peterstown, Marcus E. Spinks II of White Sulphur Springs; step-granddaughters, Miranda Hall, Hope Webb, and Karista Bryant; as well as 15 great-grandchildren.
To honor her wishes, she will be cremated.
