Belinda (Penny) Burly Fix, 68, of Buena Vista, Virginia passed away Friday, July 10, 2020.

Born April 16, 1952 in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Edward Arthur Southers and Margaret Katherine MacManama Southers.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Ramsey, and five brothers, Billy, Mack, Bobby, Clyde, and Jimmy Southers.

Penny was a member of the Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Rockbridge Ward. She loved life, doing crafts, calling bingo, and most of all she loved her family and absolutely adored her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband, Roy Frazier Fix of Blacksburg; two daughters, April Lynn Jones and sons, Josh, Mark, Justin, and Matthew Ramsey; and Mary Fix Coleman and husband, Troy and sons, Jonathan Coleman and girlfriend, Shandellia Conner, Zachary Coleman, Troy Coleman, Jr., and Logan Coleman; three great-grandchildren, Malachy and Laural Ramsey, and Baby Brenden Coleman; one sister, Patricia Latsha of Texas; several nieces and nephews; special niece, Barbara S. Clark; special nephews, Mack Southers and Eric Gardner; and two special friends, Doris Hardbarger and Vicky Ruley.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
