Donna Jean Lilly of Buena Vista, Virginia passed away Monday, August 10, 2020.

Born November 23, 1963 in Leesburg, she was the daughter of the late Mary and Morris Tarman.

Surviving are her husband, Scottie Lilly; three daughters, Cheryl Ramsburg, Amanda Tomlin and Patricia Moore; one son, James Marshall Lilly; 10 grandchildren, Marina Ramsburg, Shayden Tomlin, Randall Bryant, Serena Lilly, Tristen Lilly, Dakota Moore, Kaitlyn Moore, Amber Moore, Tori Lilly, and Kelsey Lilly; two great grandchildren, Kinsley Lilly and Bailey Lilly; sisters, Wanda Hardy, Barbara Edwards, and Alicia Fogle; and brothers, Morris Tarman, Jr., and Phillip Fogle; and honorable mention family member, David Lilly.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug.ust 13 at Green Hill Cemetery by the Rev. Gary Hill. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, August 12 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home.
