Thomas (Tom) Lawson Brackenrich, 76, of Lewisburg, West Virginia, formerly of Rupert, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

Born on October 30, 1943 in Covington, Virginia, he was the son of the late Edgar William Brackenrich and Edna Virginia Hudnall Brackenrich.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Bob and Charles.

Tom was a coal miner.

Survivors are his wife, Carol Brackenrich; daughters, Alice Willis, Sandra Stanley, Tresa Thompson; step daughter, Carrie Beasley; step sons, Dwayne Spencer and Shawn Spencer; sisters, Betty Compton and Mary Jones; brothers, Paul, Roger, Mike and Danny Brackenrich; grandchildren, Ted Brackenrich, Christina Napier, Alex Willis and Sierra Thompson; two step grandchildren, Jonathan Wheeler and Michael Spencer; four great grandchildren.

Per his wishes, there will be no service.
