Louise Gertrude Potter (Shorty) Clark, 89, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020.

Born March 4, 1931 in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Potter and Nannie Mae Patterson Potter.

Louise was a member of the Pentecostal Outreach where she attended regularly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John McKinley Clark.

Surviving are her children, Dorcas C. Bennett, Larry Clark and Johnny Clark; three grandchildren, Sandra McElroy (Jerry), Dennis Lilly (Renee) and Christopher Clark (Heather); three great-grandchildren; and sister, Rachel Lawhorne.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 22 at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens with Dennis Gilbert officiating.

Social distancing and masks are required.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
