Doris Virginia Roberts Slagle, 73, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020.

Born January 13, 1937 in Buena Vista, she was the daughter of the late Lothie Roberts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Slagle Sr.; and siblings, Alfred Roberts, Catherine Rogers, and Elma Lawhorne.

Surviving are her children, Mike Slagle, Gail Smith, Jeff Slagle and Tammy Cooper; stepchildren, Louis Slagle and Norvelle Merritt; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
