Sharon Michelle Thompson Plogger, age 65, of Natural Bridge Station, Virginia passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial in Roanoke, Virginia.

She was born in Lexington, Virginia, on September 25, 1955 to the late Arvil McCoy Thompson and Della Ruth Lane Thompson.

Sharon loved her family, especially her grandchildren and friends. She loved her flowers, baking, cleaning, and enjoyed staying busy.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Franklin Plogger; two sisters; and a niece.

She is survived by her son, Shawn Plogger of Natural Bridge; a daughter, Tiffany Madison and husband, Josh of Clifton Forge; four grandchildren, Nicholas Plogger, Braylin Madison, Kendal Madison, and Tristan Madison; her dog, Sammi; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, handled the arrangements.
