Natural Bridge Fire Department Member Owned A Lawn Care Service
Richard Steven Spangler, 68, of Glasgow, Virginia, died Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
Born July 29, 1952 in Lexington, he was a son of Mary Alice Spangler and the late Malvern H. Spangler Sr.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Willie H. Spangler Jr., and sister, Susie Spangler Higgins.
Mr. Spangler was a member of the Natural Bridge Volunteer Fire Department for many years and owned and operated a lawn care service.
A memorial graveside service will be held at Glasgow Cemetery with honors by Natural Bridge Volunteer Fire Department and the Glasgow Volunteer Fire Department at a later date.
Remembrances may be made to the fire or rescue of one’'s choice.
