James Dean Southers
County Native Dies At Age 46
James Dean Southers, 46, died Thursday, September 22, 2005 in Palm Bay,
Florida.
He was a native of Rockbridge County.
He was a son of the late James E. Southers
and Genevive C. Southers.
He is survived by a son, James R. Southers
of Florida; two stepsons: Jason and Kevin Koether, both of
Florida; a sister, Alma J. Southers; brother-in-law, Harley L.
Clark, both of Glasgow; half brother, Leslie Conner; 3 nephews,
one niece, one step granddaughter.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2
p.m. Sunday, October 9, 2005 at the Lexington V. F. W. with
Rev. Dean Staton officiating.
The family requests that flowers be sent to
the V. F. W. or to 703 McCullouch St., Glasgow.
