Parker Payne Tucker, Jr., 49, of 117 Cool Valley Lane, Covington, Virginia, died Sunday, January 17, 2021 in Lewis Gale-Alleghany Hospital at Low Moor.

Mr. Tucker was born March 12, 1971 in Alleghany County, a son of the late Parker P. Tucker, Sr. and Judy Saylor Tucker.

He was an animal lover and enjoyed going to car shows.

Surviving are his partner, Gerald Scott Martin of Covington; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Ida Mae and Earl Brown and Cheryl and Tommy Smith and Megan and Shawn Miller, all of Covington; one brother, William R. Tucker and Anthony Catania of Clayton, NC; several nieces and nephews to include, Rachel Mae Zamana and her husband, Cole of Covington; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Lone Star Cemetery with the Rev. Doug Hollenbeck officiating.
