Michael Lynn Rowsey of Lexington, Virginia, 63, died Thursday, February 11, 2020.

Born August 20, 1957 in Lexington, he was a son of the late Charles Roscoe Rowsey and Mildred Clark Rowsey.

Michael grew up in Collierstown. He was known for his love of hunting, farming and horses. He had previously been employed by Rockbridge Farmers Cooperative and Rockbridge County.

Survived by a longtime companion Charlene Dunlap Sensabaugh, Michael will be forever "granddaddy" to Kadence and Tanner Tomlin, beloved nephew and cousin.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
