Patricia Ann Smith, 66, of Lexington, Virginia, died Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Kings Daughters Community Health & Rehab Center.

Born April 22, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Carl Andrew Smith and Hazel Fitzgerald Smith.

Patricia was one of God's special children who loved life and those around her. She worked at Rockbridge Area Occupation Center for 40 years.

Surviving are her sister, Connie Higgins; a nephew, Andy Bane; seven great-nieces; one great-great-niece on the way; and her best friend, Jeff Scott.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 24 at Stonewall Jackson Cemetery with the Rev. Dean Staton officiating.
