It is with great sadness we announce that Donna Marie Wells passed away peacefully at home Thursday, April 22, 2021. Born in Richmond, she was a daughter of the late Homer Levi Wells Jr. (Junie) and Agnes Beatrice Wells.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas "Bubba" Wells.

Donna was a member of Lexington Presbyterian Church, and a hairdresser who worked at George's.

She was a kind and loving friend to everyone who knew her. She was a horse person and a dog person. Donna loved the beach, Christmas, entertaining, and shopping. She loved a good practical joke especially with her dear friend, Buzzy; whether giving the joke or receiving, she would do whatever it took to make you laugh.

Surviving are her aunt, Jackie Green; best friend, Alanda Tomlin-Reese (Buzzy); special friends, Jane Horton, Jerry Smith (Charlotte), Greg Bowyer (Susan), Pam Lydick and Laura Jarvis; and her four-legged baby, Little Girl.

There will be no services at this time, but a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
