Marian Ann Wykle, 85, of Maxwelton, West Virginia, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV.

Born June 24, 1936 in Frankford, WV, she was the daughter of the late Alex Walter and Carrie Marjorie Persinger Viers.

Marian retired from the Greenbrier County Health Department.

She was a member of Frankford United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Ruth Dudley, and Virginia Fuller.

Survivors include her loving husband of over sixty-two years, Layton Wykle; brother, Lacy Viers (Phyllis) of Newport News, VA and sisters, Carol Nipper of Salem, VA, and Jean Brant of West Virginia.

Visitation was held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Morgan Funeral Home, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV. Funeral services were held at noon, Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Phil Hickman officiating. Burial followed in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens, Lewisburg, WV.
