Margie Irene Staton Hardin, 74, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022.

Born January 6, 1948 in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Lester Carmon Staton and Margaret Irene Lawhorne Staton.

She was also preceded in death by sister, Sue Jewell, and brother, William Cash Jr.

Surviving are her son, Stacey Tinson and fiancé, Stacy; daughter, Pam Harris and husband, Garrett; three grandchildren, Reagan Harris, Brandon Tinson and Lacey Tinson; sisters, Carmen Higgins (Jimmy), Brenda Dexter, Jean Newell (Butch), Penny Rowsey (Frank), and JoAnne Floyd; brothers, Bob Cash (Brenda), Harry Cash and Geary Staton; sister-in-law, Jo Cash; numerous nieces and nephews; and special dog, Girlfriend.

A memorial service will be conducted from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, January 22 at the Buena Vista Fire Department with Pastor Tommy Johnson officiating.
