Obituary for Judy Gallew Williams Judy Gallew Williams
Covington Resident Was A Member of The Cornerstone Church of God of Prophecy

Judy Gallew Williams, 75, of 306 Dairy St., Covington, Virginia, died Monday, June 6, 2022 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem.

Mrs. Williams was born on October 13, 1946 in Virginia a daughter of the late Robert E. Sr. and Bessie Hite Gallew.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. "Bo" Williams Sr. in 2018; a son, Thomas A. Williams Jr. in 2015; two sisters, Carolyn Sue Gallew in 2022 and Patricia Kilby; and a son-in-law, Tony Raffo.

She was a member of the Cornerstone Church of God of Prophecy.

She enjoyed crafting, collecting cookbooks, cooking, singing, thrift stores, and listening to gospel music.

She is survived by four daughters: Linda Raffo of Lewisburg, WV, Missy Ray and fiancé, Anthony Moss of Youngsville, NC, Rebecca Dimaano and fiancé, Kerry Williams, and Alice Ramirez, all of Covington; fourteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a sister, Boneta Steltz of Salisbury, NC; a brother, Robert E. Gallew Jr. of Green Bank, WV; a dear friend, Robert Tucker of Roanoke; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Edith Snedegar officiating.

The interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive their friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Arritt Funeral Home on Wednesday.

The funeral arrangements are being handled by Arritt Funeral Home.
