Ray Kenneth Carwell, 90, husband of Margaret Ann (Cline) Carwell, of Lyndhurst, Virginia, passed away Monday, Nov. 21, 2022 at the Retreat in Fishersville.

Mr. Carwell was born in Rockbridge County, Virginia on August 10, 1932, a son of the late Roscoe Franklin and Martha Alice (Clemmer) Carwell.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29 at McElwee Chapel Cemetery in Rockbridge County with Pastor John Ward officiating.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
