Estre Eldor Mahnken Estre Eldor Mahnken
Loved God & Her Family With "Every Ounce Of Her Existence"

Estre Eldor Mahnken, 75 years young, of Fairfield, left this earthly plane on the eve of Thursday, July 6, 2006.

She was the daughter of Charles Aurthur Harris and Ada Isabell Humphries.

She goes home to be with her loving Jesus and all her family and friends she ushered out of the earthly plan herself.

Born unto this Earth on April 19, 1929, she now can rejoice and be at peace from the earthly pain she endured so bravely for many years - always with great faith, she loved her God and family with every ounce of existence - always saying an extra prayer for whomever needed, sending money to the poor or even giving time, money or love to her children.

Her talents extended far and wide and for all who knew her, she would close with a "Have a God blessed day and God blessed journey."

Art, music and family feasts were some of her favorities, but above all was "Her God", faith that supersedes all understanding and rises straight to "Our Heavenly Father" You're "Home", now; be at peace, Amen.

She is survived by her husband, William John Mahnken of 28 years; daughter, Rae Frances Davis Person Broughman and husband John; granddaughter, Carrie Eldora Person; great grandsons, Joseph Thomas Person Kutch, Tom Kutch; son, Edwin Aurthur Davis and wife Melody Davis; grandson, Spencer Michael Johnathan Clayton and Annelise Rose; son, Charles Matthew Davis; granddaughter, Holley Erin Norton Davis Lingg; daughter, Diana Davis Donaldson Schrepf Trio and husband Michael Trio; granddaughter, Deirdre Rose Donaldson and fiance, Matthew Branford; granddaughter Tiffany Angelique Schrepf and granddaughter, Brittany Angelica Schrept; and father Burghardt Schrepf and loving sister, Margo B. Colby and daughter, Yvette Eldridge; and Richard Bizer and Eric Colby. Those who knew Estre knew they were loved by her too - to all her Spiritual sisters and brothers, she sends her her love to each and every one, most specially to her spiritual priests.

Our loving mother, sister, and friend will be able to be viewed at the Harrison Funeral Home from 4 to 6 p.m., open casket from 4 to 5:45 p.m. on Sunday, the 9th day of July, 2006. For anyone who would wish to give a donation, please send it to St. Paul's Anglican Church, P. O. Box 1273, Lexington, Va. 24450. Phone 540-463-1597.
