Lillian (Jerry) Rosalie Mattson, 81, of Casselton, recently of Lexington, died Monday, September 18, 2006.

She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn (Raymon) Kuper of Lexington, Va and three sons: Steven (Bonnie) of Lisbon, Kevin (Sharlene) of Kindred, and Cameron (Kimberly) of Clear Lake, Minnesota; two sisters: Helen Munter, Los Altos, California and Bernice Mattson, Casselton; two sisters-in-law: Viola Prischmann and Beverly Prischmann, both of Fargo; ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren: Kurt Kuper; Amy (Jamie) Betz, Austin, Madison, Mitchell and Nicholas; Becky (Kyle) Sorby, Kenna and Carter; Alicia Mattson; Sheena Mattson and Jeremiah Mattson; Carmen (Jason) Scherman, Annah and Selah, Carrie (Nathan) Hegvik and Isabella; Erick Mattson and Kayla Mattson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Everette (Bud) Mattson; and 6 brothers: Carl F., Herb, Robert, Arnold, Harold, and Cliff; and five sisters-in-law: Phyllis Prischmann (Robert), Catherine Prischmann (Herb), Pearl Kinzel (Les), and Adeline Grieger (Carl F.).

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., October 24, 2006 at the Harrison Funeral Chapel, Lexington.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lexington Rescue Squad or the Effinger Fire Department.
