Curtis Lynn Austin, 63, of Natural Bridge Station, Virginia, went to be with his Savior Friday, August 15, 2025, at New River Valley Medical Center.

Born June 19, 1962, in Rockbridge County, he was a son of James A. "Pepsie" Austin and Serena G. Thomas Austin.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Gayle Hartless Austin; son, Joshua Austin; four brothers, Danny, Donnie Ray, Michael and Earnest Austin.

Curtis was retired from Rockbridge County Schools as a bus driver and maintenance worker.

Surviving are his children, Dennis James Austin and Christina Austin; siblings, Susie Clark, Francis E. Snead, Greg B. Austin and wife, Becky G. Austin; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, August 22, at the Faith Baptist Church by Pastor Terry Bostic. Burial will follow at Austin Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
