Patsy Lee Clark, 77, of Vesuvius, Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 16, 2025.

Born January 3, 1948, in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of James Henry and Mamie Coffey Fitzgerald.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Lee Clark; brothers, Henry Fitzgerald and Carl Fitzgerald; sisters, Barbara Long, Martha Vest and Doris Roberts; and half-sisters, Ruby Eakin and Dorothy Hostetter.

She is survived by one son, Kevin Blackburn; one grandson, Donavan Blackburn; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2025, at Victory Baptist Church by Wayne Smith.
