Charlotte Darlene (Simmons) McCray, 86, of Crozet, Virginia, and formerly of Doe Hill, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at English Meadows Crozet Campus Assisted Living.

A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2026 at Obaugh Funeral Home, McDowell. Burial will follow in Head Waters Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
