David Alan Lowe, 22, of Buena Vista, died May 20, 2007.

He was born March 29, 1985 in Lexington, a son of Alan T. Lowe and Karin Meckes Lowe.

He was a 2003 graduate of Parry McCluer High School and was a member of the Calvary Brethren Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a grandparent, Phyllis Meckes, PA; two sisters: Angela M. Hughes and husband, Clem of Buena Vista and Lisa K. Lowe and Brian Thompson of Princeton, West Virginia; an aunt and uncle, Walter and Cheryl Garrett of Buena Vista; an aunt and uncle, Warren and Rochelle German; an uncle, Keith Meckes; an aunt, Brenda Lowe; two nieces: Brittany and Amanda Hughes; one nephew, Austin Thompson.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Chapel with Rev. Rick Ramsey and Rev. Butch Grow officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, Virginia.
