Lelia R. Clark , 95, of Buena Vista, died Thursday, July 5, 2007.

She was born April 10, 1912 in Rockbridge County, a daughter of the late Bill Sorrells and Ida Woods Sorrells.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ashby Clark.

She is survived by three sons: Frank Clark and Jake A. Clark, both of Buena Vista; and Tom Clark of Fishersville; four daughters: Margaret Coleman, Ruth Sorrells, and Mary Smith, all of Buena Vista; and Frances Walker of West Virginia; fifty-four grandchildren; thirty-five great grandchildren; and twenty-five great great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2007 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.
