Constance Hinton Woodford, 81, of Lexington, died Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at the Augusta Medical Center.

She was born November 1, 1925 in Lexington.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Woodford, Sr.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons: George H. Woodford, Jr. and wife, Christa, Savannah, Georgia and James M. Woodford and wife, Marianne of Germany; two grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2007 with the Rev. Edward Shambry officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. sunday, July 29, 2007 at the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, Virginia.
