Dorothy Frances Atkins Jackson, 70, of Goshen, died Sunday, October 7, 2007 at Augusta Medical Center, Fishersville.

She was born June 22, 1937 in WV, a daughter of Lula E. Martin, Verona, and the late Dan K. Atkins.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles A. Atkins.

She is survived by two sons, James C. Martin, Gore, VA, and Robert Kelly Martin, Staunton; one daughter, Tammy E. Martin, Union; two brothers, Asa W. Martin, WV, and Tim Atkins, Union; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Roxanne Hartman.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2007 at First Century Baptist Church, Culpeper, VA. Burial will be private. Arrangements by Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, VA.
