Lila Frances Higgins, 74, of Lexington, died Saturday, October 13, 2007 at Heritage Hall Nursing Home.

She was born May 29, 1933 in Rockbridge County.

She is survived by four children, Barry A. Higgins, Lexington, Sidney M. Higgins, Buena Vista, Trenton W. Higgins, DE and Buddy D. Higgins, Natural Bridge; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2007 in the Falling Springs Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Pastors Paul Rogers and Michael Wilburn officiating.
