Carlyle Davidson Camden, 82, formerly of Lexington, Virginia, died on Wednesday, October 31, 2007.

He was born September 19, 1925 in Lexington, a son of the late Hubert and Anna Laurie Tolley Camden.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers: Hubert Nelson (Shorty) Camden, Herbert E. (Gov) Camden, John (Cat) Camden, and Raymond Camden; two sisters: Ruby Wilhelm and Audra Covert.

He is survived by his wife, Jane S. Camden; and a daughter, Ann Marie Camden of Buena Vista.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at the Harrison Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Tony Nix officiating.

Burial will follow in the Goshen Baptist Church Cemetery.
